Formerly a military cemetery from the First World War. In 1945, a part of the cemetery was excavated and arranged for the fallen patriots-hostages, whose lives were extinguished under the shots of the German occupier, and the fighters of the 29th Herzegovina Division, who fell in the battles for the liberation of Postojna.
