The legendary barber shop with the longest beard in Postojna came to life with original equipment and a new story. The place in the legendary pink house on the corner that conceptually combines the centuries-old tradition and mastery of legends from the Ozbič family with modern barber and hairdressing approaches.
Janko Ozbič’s life revolved around barber chairs and hairdressing techniques for more than seventy years. The craft was laid in his cradle, and he remembers the barber shop above which they lived since his childhood. As a thirteen-year-old boy, he already took the scissors in his hands and began to work. He shaved and did hair without a break, until he was 89, when he had to give up the activity due to the changed legislation on this type of work.
Today, you can sit on Ozbič’s chairs and let yourself be pampered by master barber Luka Nebec and his team, or in the back part of the salon, you can see an exhibition about barbering and hairdressing and the Ozbič family.
